Bleeding INDUS

Up above the roads, lies the heaven with snow and water all around,

Indus rushes down screaming all along.

Down there are the popular trees, all spellbound.

Crossing through the deodars, it rushes into the valley,

Running away from the defending barracks, it leaves the valley.

It pains my heart, as she leaves me so soon,

Gone are the days, when the whole course used to be my own.

The pain could be less, if the color would have been white,

But alas, it is dark red, all around.

Gone are the days, when the whole course used to be my own.

Heartrending were the scenes of blood getting splashed,

Staining my darling and making her polluted.

Traitors were roaming all around, staring and stabbing my mother

Everyday experiencing a naked dance of horror.

Words had got replaced by bullets of the gun,

Gone are the days, when the whole course used to be my own.

Today again,

Betrayal towards the mother is at its peak,

Even the so called justice holders are reversing their fleet.

Blunt knives are being used to inflict pain even to the remaining portion

Gone are the days, when the whole course used to be my own.

Enough is enough, stand up and face the traitors

Take away their knives and knock them down.

Gone are the days, when the whole course used to be my own.

We will fight the infidels and build the original Sindhu again,

Without worrying for our lives, let’s take some pain and strive for this pious gain.

There will be a day again, when the whole course will be our own.
